Our Notary Services

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client.

  • Clients who prefer to visit us in person can schedule an in-office notary appointment at our location. This service is ideal for individuals who need quick and convenient notarization for personal or business documents.

  • Our mobile notary service allows you to have your documents notarized at your home, office, hospital, or another agreed-upon location. We travel to you to make the notarization process convenient and efficient.

  • ARCH Mobile Labs offers Remote Online Notary (RON) services that allow documents to be notarized through a secure online video session. This option is ideal for clients who cannot meet in person but still require notarized documents.

  • Additional Seal - $5.00 ($10.00 for RON): If multiple notarizations are required during the same appointment, an additional fee may apply for each extra notarized signature.

    Additional Signer - $1.00 ($5.00 for RON): If more than one person needs their signature notarized during the same appointment, an additional signer fee may apply.

    On-Demand Witness - $10.00: Some documents require a witness in addition to notarization. If a witness is not available, ARCH Mobile Labs may be able to provide one upon request.
